♔ GENERAL INFO
❈ By commissioning my services, you have agreed to my TOS.
❈ I reserve the right of rejecting/denying your commission for any reason.
❈ Please be sure to save your commission, as I may delete my sta.sh/gallery files overtime.
❈ Make note that if your character has a colour palette, there is a chance I might modify the colours to suit my art style.♔ COPYRIGHT / USAGE
❈ I have the right to post any commissioned art for advertising and sample purposes.
❈ Commissioned art are for personal use only by the commissioner. This includes, but is not limited to graphics, profile pictures, backgrounds etc.
❈ Commissioners may re-upload the commission to their web/social sites for personal use, but please credit me or link back to either of my social sites.♔ PAYMENT
❈ Payment to be made in USD via paypal, invoice or ko-fi.
I require full payment before starting the artwork.
❈ Do not send me payment until I have confirmed your commission.
❈ I reserve the right to charge an extra fee for detailed characters and requested dynamic poses. These fees will be discussed and stated before I accept your commission.

♔ REFUNDS
❈ There will be no refunds if I have completed your piece.
❈ Commissioners may request for a full refund if I have not started on the piece.♔ WORKING SPEED
❈ Estimated wait time is a maximum of 3 months. If you have ordered more or there are other people before you, the waiting time is increased.
❈ If you wish for your art to be completed before a certain date, then a deadline fee will be charged.
❈ A refund will be offered if I feel I cannot complete the commission.♔ CHANGES
❈ I will be happy to correct any mistakes on my behalf (eg. misreading of description, missing a detail you provided in your references) free of charge.
❈ If the mistake is a result of not mentioning it to me before I accepted your commission or due to lack of references, I am not obligated to make changes for you.
❈ However, I will make significant changes for a discussed fee.
